Six Week Turnaround for YBS Branch Fit Out

Following the successful fit out of Yorkshire Building Society’s new regional office in Peterborough, the Link PPS team were commissioned to undertake the fit out of a new branch in Manchester city centre.
This latest project involved extensive works to a building that had been bought after being unoccupied for 18 months.
- Strip out of existing space including removal of counters and secure line walls.
- Conversion of ground floor and basement into a fully working YBS branch.
- New walls and secure line.
- New counters and rising screen.
- Floor, wall and ceiling finishes.
- Installation of new furniture.
- All undertaken to YBS’s current brand standards.
The six week project required exceptional project management due to its central Manchester location, limited parking facilities and tenanted space above and adjoining the branch.
