Link PPS has an established and trusted working history with Magnet dating back to 2011. This relationship has seen the company provide a range of property maintenance services for the kitchen retailers 200+ stores around the UK.
A recent project saw the Link team supply and replace an external canopy to Magnet’s Newport store in the Isle of Wight.
Although initially commissioned in 2019, issues with building supplies due to the national lockdown which took place during the global pandemic in 2020, meant that the start date was delayed. Despite this setback the work was eventually completed to the client’s complete satisfaction.
Works included:
- Supply and installation of suitable scaffold and towers
- Asbestos removal from soffit boards and disposal in line with health and safety guidelines
- Removal and disposal of existing fascia and timber framework
- Fully clear out box gutter and reline
- Reline inlet drains
- Redress all leadwork
- Supply and install new timber framework to suit soffit and fascia
- Supply and install UPVC hollow soffit boards
- Supply and install colour matched DIBOND panels to front and side.
