Kofi is a fully trained engineer who carries out planned and reactive maintenance on behalf of our clients. Here’s how an average day looks for him….

How would your working day normally start?
I start the day properly with a good breakfast, then travel to our unit to collect the materials I need to complete the tasks for the day.
What does your average day entail?
My role is very varied with multiple tasks across multiple sites - on average seven locations per day. Tasks include hearing loop, AV and Amazon Locker maintenance and reactive call outs.
What gives you a sense of job satisfaction?
Solving an issue with audio fault on a bank counter and getting a thank you from the staff because it’s made a difference in their day.
What do you enjoy most about working for Link PPS?
The diversity of the different jobs we cover for multiple blue-chip clients.
And finally, what do you get up to when you’re not busy working?
I really enjoy taking things apart to fix them and putting them back together - a bit like my job! I also enjoy roller skating, reading motivational books, eating and cooking, football and boxing. Taking my children and niece and nephew out trampolining, to soft play or to the park to see the ducks is always top of the list too!
